Job Overview
We are looking for an Operations Admin Executive (ERP) to support daily master data management in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. This role is suitable for a detail-oriented candidate who is keen to build hands-on experience in ERP systems and operational administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across operational processes for two entities. This role will report to Headquarters (HQ) in Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, create, update, and maintain master data in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (items, customers, vendors, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across two ERP entities
- Coordinate with internal users to collect, verify and implement master data change requests
- Perform regular data audits, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity
- Support daily ERP operational tasks and resolve master data issues
- Assist in user testing and data preparation for ERP enhancements or updates
- Maintain documentation for master data processes, changes, and standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and data governance standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of ERP or administrative experience is an advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
- Ability to read and write in Chinese (for system data, documentation, and communication)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
- Responsible, organised, and able to handle routine tasks accurately

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed calculations to develop manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications for electro-mechanical modules in machine
- Develop, manufacture, integrate, and test of electronics/ electro-mechanical modules to ensure that products meet specifications and codes
- Develop, manufacture, integrate, and test of opto-electronics modules of instrumentation
- Investigate complaints from customers or the public, evaluate problems, and recommend solutions
- Work with project managers on production efforts to ensure that projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of new features and developments
- To work closely with the Internal team in developing new features and applications to meet customers’ requirements
- Perform internal and on-site testing for newly developed software and hardware
- Proactively work towards achieving department and company goals
- Provide assistance/support to the Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing team
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.

- To work closely with the internal team in developing new features and applications to meet customers’ requirements.
- Perform internal and or on-site setup, testing, and troubleshooting of software and or equipment.
- Perform machine qualifications in customer site, provide reports (GR&R), VR&R, and Pre-Qualification buyoff)
- Perform machine buyoff and standard setup verification, carry out calibration and installation of equipment as assigned.
- Provide training to customers and new staff.
- Proactively cross-train and work towards achieving department/company goals.
- Any other duties as assigned.

- Identify new business and increase sales volumes within existing customers and potential customers.
- Develop business strategies and achieve performance targets.
- Prepare and conduct product demonstration and sales presentation.
- Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer service.
- Ensure profitability for businesses secured with regular review with Management.
- Provide monthly/quarterly sales activities forecast and reviews.

- Responsible for the full lifecycle of development – from gathering requirement specifications through analysis, design, implementation, test, and support.
- Plan machine operation process and coordinate with other cross-functional software engineers/teams, such as field application teams, communication, automation, and machine vision teams.
- Source code and version control, documentation for the development.
