  • Execution in design and development from prototype to series production, and work with cross function team
    to realize new solution to fulfil customer requirement

Job Responsibility
  • Support implementation of new features and developments
  • To work closely with Internal team in developing new features and applications to meet customers’
    requirements
  • Perform internal and on-site testing for newly developed software and hardware
  • Provide assistance/support to Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing team
  • Required to travel to customer sites for set up, testing and troubleshooting of the equipment
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
  • To understand customer requirements and review customer SPECS before hand over to sales team
  • Perform Machine Buy-off and Standard Setup verification, carry out troubleshooting, calibration and
    installation of equipment as assigned.
  • Perform Machine Qualifications in customer site, provide reports (GR&R, VR&R and Pre-qualification buyoff)
  • Provide training to customer and new staff.
  • Proactively cross train and work towards achieving department and company goals
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Responsibility
  • Develop new business and increase sales volumes within existing customers and potential customers.
  • Coordinate and manage sales activities such as cold-calling, meeting, presentation and related matter.
  • Demonstrate our product or equipment capability to customers
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers in quality assurance for products rendered.
  • Attend to customers queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Determine client needs, spec out complex technical systems and ensure pricing meets both company profit
    margin and client’s budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, scheduling, performance, and technical requirements.
  • Involved throughout the delivery and installation process.
  • Any other task assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Responsibility
  • Responsible for full lifecycle of development. From gathering requirements specifications, through analysis,
    design, implementation, test, and to support.
  • Analyse problems to access root cause, collect and characterize data to gain understanding of system
    behaviour.
  • Perform or lead product design, system analysis and programming activities.
  • This includes designing and building GUI, data flow, motion control, and factory integration.
  • Plan machine operation process and coordinate with other cross-functional software engineers/teams, such
    as field application engineers, communication, automation and machine vision teams
  • Source code and version control, documentation for the development
  • Includes limited travel to customer sites.
  • Any other duties as assigned
