Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the Internal team in developing new features and applications to meet customers’ requirements
  • Perform internal and on-site testing for newly developed software and hardware

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Execution in design and development from prototype to series production, and work with the cross-function team to realize the new solution to fulfill customers’ requirements.
  • Continually improve and optimize the design for cost, process, and quality.
  • Feasibility study, proof of concept with time efficiency.
  • Design spec and test checklist, DFMEA, and technical documentation.
  • Support manufacturing problems.
  • Engineer prototyping and validation, test report, and presentation.
  • Solve customer problems in the field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform internal and or on-site setup, testing, and troubleshooting of software and or equipment.
  • Perform machine qualifications in customer site, provide reports (GR&R), VR&R, and Pre-Qualification buyoff)
  • Perform machine buyoff and standard setup verification, carry out calibration and installation of equipment as assigned.
  • Provide training to customers and new staff.
  • Proactively cross-train and work towards achieving department/company goals.
